So, you've been looking for the perfect dog for your family and have come to find that the Bernedoodle or Bernese Mountain Dog is what you are looking for. We just happen to love these dogs so we commend you on your decision! You've considered the responsibility of owning a dog and all that that will entail--investing your time, finances, attention and care. You know you'll have a life dependent on you and you want to make sure you find the right dog. Since you've already devoted time and attention to finding what kind of dog is for you, it is just another step to spend some time and attention to find the right puppy to bring home. We encourage you to not only be excited about this part of the process (it is fun) but to also have an open mind. As you continue to let this process unfold, you'll find you learn things that may change what you were originally thinking might be the best kind of dog for you. So, what next?
By filling out our Puppy Inquiry, we'll be able to make a connection with you and guide you through any questions you have or the through each step in our process.
Once you are ready to buy a puppy, fill out the Adoption Form. In this form, you get to tell us about who you are. You'll have an opportunity to describe your philosophy and/or method for dog training, your family dynamics, your home and how you plan to care for your puppy. Let us know your preferences about gender and coat color.
Once we email you to let you know we have your Form for Adoption, we can coordinate for you to pay the deposit. We will let you know exactly where you are at on our waiting list.
After a short wait, we will contact you and let you know that a litter was born that may contain your pup! We will immediately post pictures on our website, then again at three weeks and five weeks after birth. Its very exciting for us all to be watching the litter grow! If you have everything set in place and are ready to receive a puppy, we can send you some information to help you make finishing touches to be prepared for your newest family member to come home. We'll also inform you of the adoption day (usually the Saturday after they turn 8 weeks old) and we can coordinate for your trip to our place or to ship your puppy to you.
