a. Shot & de-wormer history (your puppy will be fully vaccinated and dewormed)
b. Microchip registration tag (your puppy's microchip location is the under skin
between its shoulder blades)

8) Notes to buyer & Suggestion Letter
9) NuVet brochures & supplement sample
10) Puppy pads x 2 (for the trip home)
