Truffle is a Bernese Mountain Dog through and through: always happy, usually smiling and will do anything for a treat! She weighs 95 lbs, stands 25" at the shoulder and is very feminine. We love that she is knowingly gentle with our children and likes to be close to us. She is sensitive to pick up on the mood of our home and fit right in. If we are playing, she is playing. If we are relaxing, she is relaxing. If we are reading, well, you know . . . ;o)
We don’t think there is much more you would want from a dog!
Bella is a fun loving, enthusiastic Berner and wants to share her joy with anyone who will pay her attention. She enjoys playing with the kids and jogging in the morning with Chris. She comes from an unusual line of longevity which is sought after in the Bernese Mountain Dog breed. She is on the smaller side for a Bernese weighing 70 lbs and standing 21" at the shoulders, but what she may lack in size is not missing in her smile and personable character.
Sasha is a ball of sweetness and gentleness who always wants to be by your side. She will often roll onto her back when we approach as if to say, “You want to pet this belly, don’t you!?” At 60 lbs and 20" at the shoulders she is very small for a Berner so we are expecting when she is bred to a standard Poodle her pups to at least be on the small side of Standard but possibly even have some moyen puppies. If she is bred to a miniature Poodle, she'll have mini Bernedoodles. This is one girl that you want to watch for when her puppies are due.
Pepper is a very alert and happy pet. She is quick with a smile and is always looking to take a car ride with us. She doesn’t want to miss anything! She is a very typical Berner and is a great example of why we love them so much. We’re quite sure she is going to have some beautiful puppies. She weighs 74 lbs and stands 24" at the shoulders.
Quincy is a BMD at her core. She is very sweet, obedient and always seems to know what is going on. If its time to go for a ride, she is quick to get in the car. If it is time for a treat, she is the first standing on her hind legs looking for which direction it will come from. If it is time for her to be pet, she will snuggle right up to you with a look on her face that says, "You know its your job to give me attention, don't you?" Her puppies will be beautiful and fun! She weighs 100 lbs and stands 25" at the shoulders.
Like most BMDs, Klein is very social. She is the first one on her feet when she sees a human walking her way. I don't know that I've ever seen her without a smile on her face. Her puppies will be beautiful and fun! She weighs 70 lbs and stands 21" at the shoulders.
